Yes, Emma and Damien can manage the welcome, keys, check-in, check-out and post-departure inspection.

Is cleaning between two stays possible?

Yes. Emma handles turnaround cleaning or a full reset according to the agreed brief.

What happens if there's a problem in the property?

The owner is notified straight away. Emma and Damien can also help coordinate a repair or intervention if needed.
